In the hinterlands along the very northern edge of Cannaregio, this small Romantic-style park of statues, laurel, and palm trees once housed an archery field in the 1500s.
Today it draws locals for its ludoteca (small children's play center), pool, and tiny 19th-century theater called the Teatrino di Villa Groggia.
