Verona buses and trams

How to use the bus system in Verona

You really can see much of Verona on foot.

But if you do need to catch a bus to outlying sights—or from the train station to the city center—you grab an ATV bus.

Tickets coast €1.30 ($2) if you buy them ahead of time at a newsstand, bar, or tabbacchi, and are valid for 90 minutes.

You can buy a ticket from the machine on-board the bus, but it costs €2 ($2) and is only valid for that particular trip.
