Fun & Inspiration

This warren of stony rooms wraps around an open kitchen and burrows down into a labyrinth of basement levels where groups of students often bring with them a genially rowdy atmosphere.

That open kitchen serves up a long menu of usually excellent Italian food, everything from pizza to a classic, platter-smothering bistecca fiorentina.

For what it's worth, this was my favorite restaurant in Florence when I was 12 years old (my family had many a fantastic meal here).
